On the first floor you’ll find a cosy seating area with cabinets stocked with books and games for rainy days inside. The second bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with WC and shower over bath benefits from very large windows allowing in plenty of light and providing wonderful vistas over Rye and the estuary.
