What type of management would are you looking for?

Option 1 (Only available within 25 miles of Rye East Sussex) – Full management. We provide cleaning and guest management – commission 20% plus VAT

Option 2 (Owner managed property) – The owner will manage the cleaning of the property or employ a cleaning company, ensure the property is ready and provide any support to the guests once they have arrived. Commission rates are a competitive 12.5%
