The property boasts a games room in the garage to help keep everyone entertained, this includes table tennis. If you enjoy cooking you will find everything required in the fully equipped kitchen, which is a lovely open plan space perfect for sociable time while rustling up dinner. To make things easier you will find appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave all located in the kitchen area. The space also includes dining table and 6 chairs plus a comfortable sofa for relaxing during the evening. Modern large family bathroom including bath with over-shower perfect for soaking the beach day away. The owners are happy to welcome 1 well behaved dog to stay in the property.

Camber Sands beach is located a very short walk from the holiday home making our accommodation ideal for a break with family and friends.
Local activities include golf, fishing, water-sports, cycling just to name but a few. We are also only 5 minutes drive from historical Rye and half an hour from Hastings.

There are several excellent bars and restaurants a short stroll away and there is a lovely cycle path all the way to the historic town of Rye.

You will enjoy access to the full holiday home with no shared access

Camber Sands is a small beach village boasting 7 miles of sand and sea. Its a perfect UK destination not only for summer, but also a windy winter beach break is just as enjoyable.

Rye is only a short 5 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops, restaurants, tearooms, not forgetting the huge amount of history that is also hidden amongst the town. With cobbled streets and old beamed houses surrounding the church it offers a lovely day out for adventure and good food.

Hastings is only 30 minutes drive and has a very lively fishing part of the town, along with the old town which is like stepping back in time. The seafront offers fun for all ages with crazy golf, arcades and lots of delicious food stops.
