The reserve is full of wildlife and rare birds from all round the globe, so is perfect for bird watchers, nature lovers and walkers alike. The coastal path which is ideal for walking or cycling, takes you to both the sea and along to Winchelsea Beach.

The 2 storey terraced property has good size bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with small double bunk bed and single bed above. The living room is very cosy and ideal for evenings in front of the TV after a long day of exploring whilst enjoying the heat and crackle from the log burner. The spacious kitchen includes everything you need to cook for the family including cooker, microwave, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery.. The open plan space includes a dining table with 4 chairs, or if you prefer to dine alfresco you will also find a selection of outside furniture in the enclosed garden. The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and basin. Outside in the garden you will find the playroom, perfect for keeping the kids entertained and has darts, table football and a selection of games. This room also has a desk for if you are needing a quiet space to get some work done.

The owners welcome up to 2 dogs of any size to enjoy a stay with you, making this an ideal holiday home for all the family.

A 15 minute drive will take you to Hastings where you can explore fisheries, old town, crazy golf, amusements, pier just to name a few.
